There are two ways to get connected with your CSCPay Mobile-ready Laundry Room...
- Automatically, using Bluetooth in the laundry room, or
- Manually, by searching for your laundry room by zip code in My Account
To connect automatically, using Bluetooth in the laundry room, simply open the CSCPay Mobile app with Bluetooth enabled while standing in your laundry room. The app should immediately detect your laundry room, and display the laundry room name on the Home View of the app.
To choose your location manually, simply visit the My Account view in the app and search for your location by zip code.
- On iOS, tap More, then tap My Account
- On Android, tap to open the App Menu, then tap My Account
- You can also tap your email address on the Home View of the app to go straight to My Account
Once you're viewing My Account, select and start typing your zip code in the Location form field. Choose yours from the resulting list, then tap Save.
Importantly, if you've chosen to set your location manually, Bluetooth is still required to pay for and start washers and dryers in your laundry room. Be sure to have Bluetooth enabled when you go to do laundry.
