To request a refund, sign in to your account in the CSCPay Mobile app, and:
- Go to My Account by tapping your email address on the Home View, or using the options available in the main app menu.
- Tap Request Refund
- Enter the amount you are requesting, without a dollar sign (e.g. 2.25)
- Choose how you would like to receive the refund - as a credit on your CSCPay Mobile account, or as a credit back to the credit card associated with your account
- Choose the reason for your refund request
- Optionally, provide the Machine Number associated with your request
- Tap Send
Your request will be processed and you will receive an email once it has been completed. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always contact Customer Care.
