If you have any questions about credit card transactions related to payment to use washers and dryers in a CSCPay Laundry Room - either using the app, or by swiping and/or inserting a credit card using the card reader on the washer or dryer, please contact Customer Care and have the following information readily available:
- Date(s) and details of using the machines in the laundry room
- Date(s) of the transaction as shown on your account statement
- Amount of the transaction
- Last 4 digits of the credit card number
- Name on the credit card
